Floats, Bands and Government Officials.
Any horses in the Parade must remain in a grassy area, No horses are allowed in the Concrete Parking Lots! Please arrange for an extra driver to take your truck and trailer to Shannon Park as horses and ATV's will not be allowed to come back over to the Kaufman Civic Center
